Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Counter at Bipo located in Tangerang. The Sales Counter will be responsible for:

1. Customer Assistance:

  • Welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership.

  • Address initial inquiries about BYD vehicles, promotions, and financing options.

  • Guide customers to the appropriate Sales Advisors or departments for further assistance.

2. Information and Documentation Support:

  • Provide brochures, catalogs, and other promotional materials.

  • Assist customers in filling out forms or applications as required.

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

3. Product Knowledge:

  • Stay informed about BYD vehicles, features, pricing, and current promotions.

  • Provide basic information about vehicle availability and specifications.

4. Sales Support:

  • Schedule test drives and coordinate with the sales team for vehicle demonstrations.

  • Assist the Sales Advisors in processing sales agreements and paperwork.

  • Follow up with customers to gather feedback or provide additional details.

5. Counter Operations:

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming sales counter area.

  • Ensure that promotional materials and displays are up-to-date and appealing.

  • Handle customer inquiries through phone calls promptly and professionally.

6. Administrative Tasks:

  • Record and track customer leads and appointments.

  • Update the CRM system with customer details and interactions.

  • Support sales reporting by preparing summaries of customer visits and inquiries.

Qualifications

  • Fresh graduate are welcomed

  • 1 year of experience in the automotive industry are preferred

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams

  • Well groomed and dressed
