Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Consultant at Bipo located in Tangerang. The Sales Advisor will be responsible for:

1. Customer Engagement:

  • Greet and assist customers visiting the dealership.

  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate BYD vehicles and financing options.

2. Sales Process Management:

  • Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.

  • Prepare quotations, sales agreements, and ensure proper documentation.

  • Follow up with customers to close sales and handle post-sale inquiries.

3. Product Knowledge:

  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of BYD products, features, pricing, and promotions.

  • Stay up-to-date on automotive industry trends and technologies.

4. Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the finance, marketing, and service departments to ensure excellent customer service.

  • Participate in sales meetings and contribute to achieving dealership sales targets.

5. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.

  • Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system.

6. Sales Reporting:

  • Provide daily and weekly sales performance reports.

  • Track leads and conversions for analysis and strategy improvement.

Qualifications

  • Preferably 2 years of sales experience in the automotive industry

  • Fresh graduates are welcomed

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills

  • Proven track record in delivering effective training programs

  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
