Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Supervisor at Bipoauto in Tangerang. The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, setting sales targets, area survey to find the best place to do a marketing campaign and implementing sales strategies to drive business growth.

• Proven experience in sales and achieving targets

• Excellent problem-solving abilities

• Knowledge of sales techniques and CRM software

• Ability to analyze sales data and improve performance

• 5 years of sales experience in 4 wheeled vehicles
